Job Details
The Office of University Marketing and Communication is seeking a student to assist the University Marketing Manager with project coordination and support across the department's marketing and graphic design teams. This position helps manage project workflows, communicates with campus marketing partners, and provides support to the graphic design department on basic design projects.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing and updating project tickets within the KACE ticketing system
  • Tracking project files, proofs, and approvals within the HIVE project management software
  • Assisting with general project management tasks, including monitoring timelines and deadlines
  • Communicating with campus marketing partners regarding project status, timelines, and requirements
  • Assisting the graphic design department with basic graphic design projects (e.g., minor edits, event flyers, social media graphics) as assigned
  • Supporting general office and administrative duties for the marketing team

Required Qualifications
Must be an active CCU student.
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at Coastal Carolina University
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework or major in Marketing, Communication, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Previous experience with project coordination, customer service, or administrative work
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with or willingness to learn ticketing or project management software (e.g., KACE, HIVE, or similar platforms)
