Job Summary:


At PPHS, our teachers are educational coaches. Students participate actively in their learning, and coaches facilitate, encourage, and provide opportunities and support.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provides coaching and support for student academic growth and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and community partners in a co-taught, interdisciplinary instructional setting
  • Collects and analyzes student data to support instructional decisions
  • Develop meaningful and supportive relationships with students through a positive youth development and restorative justice lens
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with parents and families
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Current Indiana Teaching License required
  • Experience and knowledge of a Design Thinking Process required
  • 2+ years working in classrooms and coaching teachers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
