Job Summary for UX Design Lead (Miami, FL):
- Lead design discovery, experience strategy, and UX vision for ecommerce features and experiences
- Plan and implement evolutionary design improvements to realize the long-term vision
- Collaborate with research, product, development, brand, and content teams to create engaging and on-brand user experiences
- Present customer insights, experience strategies, and design concepts to various leadership levels
- Simplify complex customer journeys into intuitive and effective product experiences
- Guide cross-functional teams through design discovery using design thinking methodologies
- Work with teams to define, develop, and test top-tier user experiences
- Support organizational leadership goals in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Develop customer journeys, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design strategies and interactions
- Contribute to the creation of new design system components and guidelines within the design team
- Partner with research teams to conduct user research and perform user testing independently as needed
