We are known for our refined aesthetic, attention to detail, and highly personalized approach to residential design.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Architect (Residential) to join our team in Key Biscayne. This is a hands-on role for a design professional who can confidently manage high-end residential projects from concept through completion while working closely with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned residential projects from concept through completion

  • Design and develop architectural and interior design concepts for single-family homes, remodels, and luxury residences

  • Create shop drawings and detailed design documentation

  • Produce renderings and visual materials for design presentations

  • Prepare and present client presentations, including design concepts and material selections

  • Make project-related purchases and manage specifications and selections

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors, consultants, and contractors

  • Communicate directly with clients throughout all phases of the project

  • Conduct project site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained

  • Assist with permitting and coordinate with local authorities as required

  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and design quality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (required)

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture and/or interior design

  • Proven experience with luxury residential projects
