Role Overview

Principal Partner Solution Specialist - D&M Core Products

The Principal Partner Solutions Specialist develops and deploys enterprise-wide partner strategies that drive systemic growth for Autodesk's Design and Manufacturing core products. This role sets benchmarks for pipeline forecasting, leads transformational sales initiatives, and influences Autodesk's partner ecosystem with the D&M portfolio. The specialist is a thought leader in industry trends and innovation, guiding global collaboration and strategic alignment. Their impact spans geographies, partner tiers, and business units.
* This is a remote position with some travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Forecast Management: Set pipeline and forecasting benchmarks across partner tiers; leverage enterprise-level insights to guide decisions.

New Business Execution: Architect transformational go-to-market initiatives; drive systemic partner-led growth strategies.

Repeatable Sales Plays: Establish frameworks for repeatable sales plays; scale best practices across geographies and partner segments.

Collaboration: Lead global collaboration efforts across functions and business units; shape enterprise-level partner engagement.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $126,200 and $226,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
