Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo in search of an eProcurement Systems Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will participate and provide insight to Sodexo's eprocurement system design and development for North America. This eprocurement tool will be used by all locations and staff to order food, beverage, supplies, equipment, and other direct and indirect items.

The Manager will work with Sodexo global and North America project teams on this multi-year project to communicate and define North America requirements as well as understand overall design and functionality of the tool and necessary data and all integrations.

This is a remote position. Some travel required. Candidates should reside in Eastern or Central time zones

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for this application and will assist with testing, change management, training and communication at time of deployment.
  • Document technical issues and enhancement requests
  • Work with technical team and stakeholders to coordinate testing, release dates, communications and training needs

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience (certification preferred)
  • Prior experience as an administrator or managing an eprocurement application
  • Experience with BirchStreet Systems, Ivalua, SAP or other eprocurement tools a plus.
  • Strong communication and change management skills
