We exist to help people grow stronger, inside and out, by embracing tension as a catalyst for transformation. Our first studio, opening in Oak Lawn, IL, is in search of a Full‐Time Manager to launch our new brand, from presales to grand opening, and to establish 10SION as the premiere Pilates x Strength studio. The Manager is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who is responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. During presales, the job encompasses everything involved in running the day‐to‐day lead generation, tracking, membership sales, and promoting the 10SION brand. Once the studio is open, the Manager will promote 10SION to continue to increase our membership and will warmly welcome and take care of our members. Qualifications Strong management and leadership abilities Excellent customer service and sales skills Ability to create a successful, positive environment for staff and members Previous sales experience, fitness industry or high‐end goods & services preferred Willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy Contagious upbeat personality Motivation and drive Responsibilities Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations Manage delegated operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanliness Lead, train, and motivate other team members to represent 10SION Sell memberships, retail, and services Retain and increase client participation Submit accurate and timely reports Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships As a 10SION ambassador, Managers will promote, sell, and add to the 10SION culture in and out of the studio About 10SION 10SION is for people who understand that tension is part of growth.
