Role Summary

The Design & Sales Consultant acts as a trusted expert, guiding clients through the selection, specification, and purchasing processes. This role requires a blend of creative flair, exceptional communication, and strong project management skills to ensure a seamless client experience from initial consultation to final installation.


Core Responsibilities

  • Design Consultation: Guide clients through product selections for flooring, backsplashes, custom tile showers, and window treatments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Communicate effectively to identify design preferences, project requirements, and structural needs.
  • Business Development: Proactively prospect and follow up with potential customers to build a robust pipeline.
  • Project Estimating: Generate accurate price quotes and proposals based on precise measurements and product selections.
  • Order Management: Process client payments securely and order necessary materials in a timely manner.
  • Account Supervision: Resolve client inquiries, address concerns promptly, and ensure premium service experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain deep product knowledge and stay ahead of emerging interior design trends.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in retail sales, customer service, or a design-related field.
