Closets by Design of South Central Michigan is hiring 2-3 designers/sales consultants!
  • If you're a motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to quickly connect with clients to find creative solutions for their home organization needs, this may be the ideal opportunity for you. 
  • We offer pre-set appointments with our clients, conveniently located near your home.  You will receive comprehensive sales and design training, so prior experience is not necessary.
Requirements
  • No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed. 
  • We are seeking coachable candidates who are eager to learn.
  • Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
  • Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work in a business professional environment.
  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
  • Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
  • Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
  • Educate customers on our products and services.
  • Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs.
