Job description

$20 per hour

30 hours/week for 15 weeks 

The Market Research Intern will focus on designing and updating Qualtrics dashboards to tell the story of the data collected via various research surveys. Provide deeper cross-analytics into the data collected from various sources to help inform decision making. Assist with design, testing, and data validation of new surveys.

This is an in-office position.


  • Market & Consumer Insights: Analyzes research data for ongoing surveys and ad-hoc requests, with an eye to uncover insights that can drive business decision making. Use multiple sources of data to provide comprehensive analysis of current trends. Compile research insights into visual reports (charts, graphs, PPT) to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Dashboard Design & Maintenance: Create and update Qualtrics dashboards to assist in communicating data insights to end users. May include building tailored dashboards to specific roles (e.g., executive vs. operational). Selecting appropriate charts, metrics, and layouts to ensure clarity and accurate representation of data. Validate data sources are accurately presenting within dashboards.
  • Survey Development: Help design and develop market research surveys in support of internal clients' strategic priorities and business decisions. Assist in creating, programming, and distributing surveys to target audiences.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with ad-hoc research tasks and project management

  • College Junior or Senior in Market Research, Statistics, Data Analytics field
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics, Excel and PowerPoint; Analytic, research and problem-solving skills; Written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Must be willing to work fully in-office
