This role directs design strategy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes. The position also mentors project management staff, drives process improvements, and represents Realty Project Management in capital planning. With a focus on operational needs and resource optimization, this role supports continuous improvement and upholds company values to deliver impactful real estate solutions.
About the team:
The Realty Project Management and Design team leads complex remodel projects within Walmart, ensuring optimal facility conditions that support sales growth and enhance customer and associate experiences. This team excels in managing intricate design and change processes within a matrix organization, requiring strong leadership and negotiation capabilities. Expertise in architectural, MEP, and civil design is essential to deliver projects on time and within budget. The team collaborates across functions to align project execution with business goals, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards in design, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
