At DAHLIN, Interior Design is valued as an integral part of all built environments. We are seeking an INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER to join the team in our BELLEVUE, WA office. 
This individual will be responsible for managing architectural concepts for interiors projects, including full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating interior design assignments, schematic design tasks, and development. They also serve as the primary client/contact liaison for interior design projects.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Bellevue, WA office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Lead and support interior design projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
  • Coordinate all administrative and technical aspects of projects across all phases of development to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage client budgets, schedules, scope, project communications, documentation, and team assignments.
  • Prepare fee estimates, project schedules, proposals, and contracts, and monitor adherence to contractual terms.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of projects while meeting client goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in interior design and represent the lead technical design perspective on projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, consultants, and senior-level staff to develop appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
  • Participate in and support client meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client needs.
  • Review project documents for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and oversight of work produced by less experienced staff.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp modeling; experience in AutoCAD, preparation of presentation materials, and proficiency in MS Office a plus.
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with other design professionals
  • Willingness to work on a variety of building typologies and architectural styles
  • Commitment to your own professional growth

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited Interior Design school or program
  • 8+ years of related experience, including for-sale and rental residential interior design required; experience managing commercial and hospitality projects a plus.
  • Certification as a licensed Interior Designer professional preferred, not required
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
