In the role of Water/Wastewater Project Manager, we will count on you to:
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning, as well as large, complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning/design team throughout entire project lifespan
- Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
- Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Business Group Manager for project reviews
- Perform technical analyses and report preparation
- Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops
- Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers
- Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or other Water/Wastewater Engineering related field; Master's preferred in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 11 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Licensed professional engineer in the State of Ohio or have the ability to obtain license within 1 year.
- Experience in collaborative delivery methods for water/wastewater treatment facilities and pump station projects
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera project management software
- Revit, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience
- Preference is given to local candidate
