Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Communications & Design Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong mix of graphic design, multimedia production, and digital communications expertise. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver impactful and innovative solutions that strengthen our brand and engage our audiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of print and digital assets, including infographics, presentations, whitepapers, eBooks, and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop engaging multimedia content such as motion graphics, videos, and interactive elements for websites, social media, and digital platforms.

  • Ensure all design work meets WCAG digital accessibility standards and complies with brand guidelines.

  • Manage and grow social media presence, monitoring trends and engaging with constituents.

  • Design, update, and maintain web content, landing pages, and other digital assets (WordPress and related platforms).

  • Support integrated digital campaigns, including email, search, and mobile initiatives.

  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Partner with staff, writers, IT, and vendors to manage projects from concept through final delivery.

  • Assist in executing strategic communication plans that blend digital and offline tactics.

  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and workflows to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

  • Stay current with design trends, accessibility guidelines, and evolving digital tools.
