Product Manager, New Product Development
Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets (Must have experieince)
South Plainfield, NJ (On-Site)
Are you passionate about turning great ideas into real products? We are looking for a Product Development Manager to take approved product concepts and drive them through execution-from development to a fully systematized, customer-ready SKU.
In this highly visible role, you'll be the bridge between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, ensuring products launch on time with accurate BOMs, product data, specifications, and ordering structures.
What You'll Do
✓ Lead new products from concept approval to launch
✓ Own SKU creation, BOM development, and product data integrity
✓ Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing
✓ Maintain spec books and design software product data
✓ Create intuitive product structures that make ordering easy for customers and dealers
What We're Looking For
✓ Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or New Product Development within manufacturing, cabinetry, furniture, building products, or a related industry
✓ Strong knowledge of product data, SKUs, BOMs, and ERP systems
✓ Ability to drive projects independently and keep teams aligned
✓ Excellent communication and organizational skills
Kitchen cabinet industry knowledge required
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite or similar ERP experience
Experience with 2020, ProKitchen, or similar design platforms
