Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and forms to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Support policy communication efforts by helping develop employee-facing resources and job aids.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and employment-related topics and summarize findings for the HR team.
  • Review HR records and reports for accuracy and assist with data cleanup projects.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance-related files.
  • Support HR compliance projects related to process improvement, record retention, and documentation standards.
  • Help compile information and reports to support HR initiatives and compliance activities.
  • Partner with members of the HR team on special projects and department initiatives
