POSITION

· Oversees daily material flow to ensure accurate and timely support for Production.

· Directs Inventory personnel and coordinates daily workflow.

· Maintains system accuracy and ensures staging areas are organized and correct.

· Enforces all inventory-related SOPs.

· Serves as the primary communication link between Production and Inventory teams.

· Demonstrates strong leadership, operational discipline, and clear communication.


SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Manages daily inventory workflow, including assigning tasks, generating pick lists, ensuring picking stays ahead of production, monitoring accuracy and efficiency, and adjusting staffing based on changing workload.

· Serves as the primary communication link with Production, communicating shortages, substitutions, material issues, and all updates through professional radio communication.

· Ensures material accuracy and system integrity by verifying shortages, managing substitutions per SOP, supporting SAP / Versago updates, overseeing Line and Outbound Returns, confirming bin updates, and addressing recurring discrepancies.

· Maintains organized and safe warehouse conditions, including accurate staging, proper space-management practices, clean aisles, and overall workplace organization.

· Provides leadership and training through coaching, onboarding, cross-training, and promoting a respectful, safety-focused work environment.

· Ensure all equipment (radios, tablets, forklifts, EPJs) is properly maintained, charged, and accounted for each shift.

· Supports additional warehouse duties as needed to ensure operational flow.

Requirements:

SPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· 2–4+ years of warehouse, inventory, or material support experience.

· Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

· Strong understanding of warehouse flow and material movement.

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Commitment to LiveTrends Core Values.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

· Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends.

· Ability to lift/move 25–50 lbs. and work in Florida temperatures.

· Ability to learn Versago / SAP and operate forklift when needed.


POSITION REQUIRED PPE

· Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots).

· Protective eyewear when required.

· Disposable masks encouraged when handling dusty materials.

· Appropriate clothing per company dress code.
