Job description

We are looking for a versatile L&D Professional who is as comfortable in front of a classroom as they are behind a design storyboard. This role isn't just about "building decks"-it's about diagnosing performance gaps, consulting with stakeholders, and creating high-impact learning experiences that actually change behavior.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex subject matter and learner-friendly content, ensuring that every training intervention drives real-world business results.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Consulting: Act as a strategic partner to the business. You will diagnose performance gaps, advise on behavior change, and have the confidence to identify when training is (and isn't) the right solution.
Instructional Design: Apply learning science (Mayer's principles, ADDIE, Action Mapping) to build engaging, scenario-based learning. You'll use storytelling and real-world use cases to make content stick.
Facilitation: Lead dynamic classroom, virtual, or Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions. You should be an expert at managing learner engagement and addressing common classroom challenges.
Stakeholder & SME Partnership: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to translate "technical speak" into clear, actionable, and learner-ready content.
Project Ownership: Manage the end-to-end development cycle independently, taking full ownership of deliverables from initial intake to final evaluation.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a Facilitator/Trainer (ILT and VILT) and Instructional Designer.
Methodology: Strong grasp of instructional design models and learning science.
Writing & Creative Skills: Exceptional writing ability with a focus on storytelling and scenario-based design.
Soft Skills: High degree of autonomy, strong consulting presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling technical or process-heavy content (e.g., IT, Ops, or Manufacturing).
Experience building eLearning or blended learning curricula. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
