They manage both the design and construction phases, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Their responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, contract management, compliance, and quality control. They organize regular meetings, ensure that design intent is clearly understood by construction personnel, and proactively address any conflicts or changes that arise throughout the project lifecycle. This collaborative approach helps streamline decision-making, reduce delays, and maintain project quality. By integrating both design and construction phases, the Project Manager supports a more unified workflow, leading to successful and timely project delivery.
