  • Develops rapport with customers and recommends products based on customer needs and desires. 
  • Understands the product and uses features, benefits and design to guide the customer to the appropriate products that meet their needs.
  • Maintains a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices
  • Prepares and follows up on Quotes, Orders and Delivery needs for clients.  Builds relationships with both design clients as well as end users. 
  • Achieves sales goals and works with the team in delivering targeted goals for both themselves and the company.
  • Provides knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer satisfaction.
