Position Description: Develops rapport with customers and recommends products based on customer needs and desires.
Understands the product and uses features, benefits and design to guide the customer to the appropriate products that fit their needs.
Maintains a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices.
Prepares and follows up on Quotes, Orders and Delivery needs for clients. Builds relationships with both design clients as well as end users.
Achieves sales goals and works with the team to assist in the company delivering targeted goals for both themselves and the company.
Provides knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer satisfaction. Physical Requirements: Job requires standing and working on a selling floor for 6-10 hours per day Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs About Us: "Homenature is a 20+ year old, eco-friendly, lifestyle home furnishing store that started from a desire to have a more natural, joyful, and conscious life.
