Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform drafting and design tasks in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility profiles, and structural layouts and details.
  • Ensure drawings comply with clients' AutoCAD standards.
  • Performing drafting tasks in Autodesk Revit is a plus.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians.
  • Maintain and organize project files to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:
  • Associate of Applied Science in CAD or Drafting Technology or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in civil drafting.
  • High level of efficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit is a significant plus. Desired skills include BIM coordination and structural modeling in Revit.
  • Familiarity with civil and structural infrastructure concepts.
  • High attention to detail regarding realistic depictions, presentation of designs, drawing layouts, line weights, scales, and drafting standards.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
