Position Overview

This role supports both the creative and operational sides of the business. The Floral Production & Design Assistant is responsible for preparing flowers, organizing materials, and assisting with design and event setup.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle pick up and processing of fresh flower shipments from suppliers
  • Clean, hydrate, and prep flowers for design
  • Wash and maintain buckets, tools, and workspace
  • Prepare containers and mechanics for designers
  • Assist with simple arrangements and greenery prep
  • Pull and organize event inventory and supplies
  • Pack and load materials for events
  • Assist with setup and breakdown at venues
  • Run errands for supplies and pickups as needed

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Willingness to learn and assist with design tasks
