This position within Application Development team will assist with supporting existing applications.  It will include Node.js or Java development, Upgrades or existing applications, monitoring, incident resolution, data maintenance, and Release management including code reviews.
Responsibilities:
-   Works with technical staff to understand unique or complex software problems involving many varied factors to be interpreted and considered, frequently of broad scope. 
-   Estimations, design, development, and delivery of code 
-   Release management and code reviews 
-   Advocate and evangelize the use of cloud and CI/CD within the I.T. Work with Partners, vendors and other technology teams to analyze, design and deliver technology solutions. 
-   Applies practices that enhance quality like code reviews, automated tests, and continuous integration. 
-   Work with agile and other development processes and methodologies. 
-   Provides ongoing system and programming support. 

Required Skills and Experiences:
-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, application support, systems integration, or a related technical role.
-   Experience working within the health insurance or healthcare industry.
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise integrations and data workflows.
-   Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
