What does an RN do at a dermatology clinic?

A dermatology RN assists with patient assessments, prepares patients for examinations, administers treatments, and educates patients on skin care and disease management. Dermatology RNs often encounter challenges such as managing a high volume of patients with diverse skin conditions, staying current with rapidly evolving treatment protocols, and addressing patients' cosmetic and medical concerns with sensitivity.
