Job Summary

Lead Licensed Practical Nurse - 40hr Day - BWH Dermatology Mohs at Faulkner
A $5,000.00 sign on bonus is being offered to eligible new employees hired in our LPN positions.
Responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising a team of LPNs and nursing support staff by coordinating patient care activities, overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Essential Functions
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of LPNs and nursing support staff.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.
