The practice:

  • Established practice with an exceptional reputation and loyal patient base

  • Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology for an affluent Medicare and PPO Only patient base

  • Beautiful, modern facilities in a desirable area of South Orange County

  • Overall practice mix is about 70% medical / surgical and 30% cosmetic dermatology

  • An intentionally doctor-centric dermatologic care delivery model without mid-level providers; board-certified dermatologists provide all the injectable and laser procedures

  • A full suite of laser, light and radio frequency devices, injectables and related cosmetic offerings

  • Single office location so no travel between multiple offices

  • Doctor-owned, totally independent practice with no private equity or any kind of other corporate-office type involvement

The team:

  • An incredible team of caring and competent dermatologists to work with each day

  • Doctors are supported with 2-3 top-tier Medical Assistants / Scribes allowing physicians to focus their full attention on patient care

  • Dedicated, long-term front office and in-house billing teams

  • Doctors work in a collegial and self-managed setting with a high level of autonomy

  • Typical day in the office will have three dermatologists seeing patients in our 10 exam / procedure rooms, with a shared doctor's office space

  • Doctors are highly invested in the practice, valuing exceptional patient care and genuine team rapport

The opportunity:

  • Open to a schedule ranging from 3 to 5 days per week

  • Excellent compensation that is based on production

  • High flexibility with schedule, hours, and vacation time

  • Our ideal start date for this position is October 2026, but we are flexible for the right candidate

  • This is an expansion position because one of the Dermatologists will be reducing their schedule

  • We anticipate that our new dermatologist will quickly build a thriving practice supported by our strong patient demand and established referral base
