Their ability to manage relationships and resolve conflicts is key to the overall success of the program.

Who gets paid more, a project manager or a deputy program manager?

Typically, a deputy program manager earns a lower salary than a project manager, as project managers usually have greater responsibility and experience. Salary differences can vary based on industry, organization size, and location, but project managers generally have higher compensation due to their broader scope of oversight and decision-making authority.

What does a deputy program manager do?

A Deputy Program Manager assists the Program Manager in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a program or project, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. They often act as the second-in-command, managing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, and communicating with stakeholders.
