Ceres Caribe is recognized for its rapid disaster recovery including debris removal, demolition, and blue roofs. What We Are Looking For
The Operations Performance Coordinator serves as the strategic “eyes and ears” for the Operations Manager within Ceres Caribe’s utility line-clearing division. This role sits at the center of operational visibility, consolidating regional data, monitoring field activities, and ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time insight into productivity, compliance, and asset readiness.
The role collaborates daily with Deputy Operations Managers and field leadership across Puerto Rico.
Success in the first 12 months includes establishing a reliable weekly operations briefing system, improving asset-tracking accuracy, strengthening NNC resolution tracking, and enhancing communication flow between regional teams and executive leadership.

In this role, you will work closely with regional operations teams and executive leadership to maintain real-time visibility into field activities, asset readiness, and operational compliance. Expect a blend of office-based reporting work and occasional field/yard visits across Puerto Rico. Weekly deliverables include consolidated operational briefings, updated inventory status, NNC tracking, and outage coordination logs.
The schedule is full-time, with occasional travel required to verify equipment, meet with regional managers, and support operational needs.
