This is a remote full-time position where you will conduct virtual therapy sessions aimed at enhancing the mental well-being of clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy using secure and user-friendly virtual platforms such as Zoom or proprietary software designed for mental health professionals.
  • Engage with clients to establish therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and adapting plans based on client progress and feedback.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate evidence-based practices, to address client concerns.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of client information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The mental health counselors will serve a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage therapy sessions and documentation in a remote environment.
