• Utilize assessment tools effectively to monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as required, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our streamlined therapist portal, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with clinical leaders to seek guidance, share insights, and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapies for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and related mental health concerns, tailored to meet individual needs.
• Provide culturally responsive care through a deep understanding of the diverse backgrounds of our client base.

You will be working with a diverse group of clients, addressing a comprehensive array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. The majority of our clients benefit from an evidence-driven approach, allowing therapists to employ effective techniques that foster healing and provide sustainable coping strategies.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of independent practice as a licensed therapist, demonstrating competency in assessing and treating mental health issues.
• Proven experience in implementing evidence-based therapies tailored for anxiety, depression, and related concerns.
• Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for integrating digital tools and telehealth platforms into clinical practice.
• Strong commitment to delivering culturally sensitive care to a varied client base.

• Experience in a remote or telehealth setting, with adaptability to various digital communication tools.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques, including trauma-informed care and mindfulness strategies.
