Position Objectives:ย  (purpose and goals)ย ย 

ย To accurately perform all the functions of an account services representative in a timely, accurate, and knowledgeable manner while maintaining high standards of service to internal and external customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (essential to the position)ย ย ย 

  • Perform Quality Control auditย functions-ย  verifies customer andย account source documentsย  by reviewing data to identify deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by usingย standard procedures or returning incomplete document to source for ย ย ย ย  resolution.
  • Performs daily operationalย functions for processing Wire Transfer transactions accurately and timely.ย ย ย 
  • Data entry functions - maintainsย associated database by entering new and updated information.
  • Perform duties associated withย EFT Debit Card error resolution and fraud prevention requiring verbalย interaction and written communication with both customers and bank staff.
  • Review of deposits made byย auxiliary methods including placing holds as required.
  • Cross train on multiple jobย duties in order to back up daily work coverage as needed.
  • Provide courteous and efficientย customer service and timely problem resolution to both internal andย external customers.

Requirements:ย  The position requires an organized, detailed oriented individual possessing a high degree of analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills; data entry, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
