Position Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•    Initiates implementation of new software and any necessary updates 

•    Monitors system updates and guide requirements, collaborates closely with the team to implement the updates

•    Develops and manages project plans, timelines, and budgets 

•    Tracks project progress and identify potential risks 

•    Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address their needs effectively 

•    Manages project resources to ensure efficient allocation

•    Analyzes project data to identify trends and insights 

•    Offers recommendations based on data analysis to enhance project performance

•    Develops reports and presentations to convey findings to stakeholders 

•    Utilizes data to support decision-making and ensures projects stay on track.

•    Assists in maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Bank's core data 

•    Assists with the creation of new products within core systems.

•    Maintains and monitor changes to settings and parameters for core systems.

•    Participates in FIS Forums and User Group Meetings (Horizon, Fraud User Group, Zelle, eWire, etc.)

•    Provides a report on the attendance results at such events.

•    Manage FIS Tickets - Deposit Operations/Retail/Electronic Banking

•    Assists with providing and managing reports for audit requests and other requests, using FIS H360 to generate reports.

•    Responsible for determining training for updates and new product development, creating and ensuring associates receive training, identifying and assigning Webinars and FIS Academy, and ensuring associates complete required courses.

•    Acts as the Bank's EUAC for the FRB

•    Acts as a systems administrator for maintaining users' security and system settings.

•    Serves as lead administrator for user creation in ancillary core and third-party systems.

•    Manages and maintains security credentials for various functions within the Bank's core banking system.

•    Collaborates with business partners to continuously improve the core banking system’s experience for team members

•    Identifies business, process, and technology trends that will influence current and future core banking system experience

•    Assists with bank examinations and audits when required 

•    Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision

•    Upholds a professional appearance, image, ethics, and integrity while representing the CTB brand

Qualifications:

•    Associate’s degree in business administration, finance, communications, marketing, accounting or economics

•    Minium two (2) years’ experience with banking operations or core processor reporting management and associates and external customers; ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and mature with the ability to deal with difficult individuals while maintaining composure.

•    People and results-oriented; assertive with a high energy level and the ability to work under deadlines, perform multiple tasks, and manage multiple projects in conjunction with normal activities.

•    Ability to meet performance goals, objectives, and deadlines; plans ahead, anticipates problems, and forecasts outcomes. 

•    Ability to display a high degree of creativity and latitude when performing job functions.

•    Ability to work well with others in a team environment and balance multiple tasks; strong analytical and reasoning abilities.

•    Must be mature, flexible, and energetic with a competitive and winning spirit.
