Job description

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a Application Support - Salesforce Manager to join our growing team in Regina, SK. This position is responsible for the strategic and operational ownership of Brandt's Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Platform Manager leads all technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including integration architecture, vendor coordination, and team leadership. During the Digital Transformation program, this role leads the IT workstream and serves as the primary technical liaison with Salesforce and third-party implementation partners. Post-implementation, this role owns the platform roadmap, manages the Salesforce support team, and drives continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Program Delivery

  • Lead the IT workstream for the Digital Transformation program, coordinating integration development across all enterprise systems
  • Serve as primary technical liaison with Salesforce delivery team, Northteq (Aurora LOS) and other vendors as required
  • Define and enforce technical standards, security requirements, and governance policies in consultation with other IT teams
  • Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning
  • Manage environment strategy across Development, Test, UAT, and Production orgs
  • Ensure data migration quality, completeness, and validation
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, and financial controls

Ongoing Operations

  • Own Salesforce platform roadmap and enhancement backlog prioritization
  • Manage and mentor Salesforce support team (Administrators, Developers, Analysts)
  • Oversee release management, deployment processes, and change control
  • Maintain integration health monitoring and performance optimization
  • Manage Salesforce licensing, vendor contracts, and operational budget
  • Drive user adoption metrics and platform utilization
  • Ensure security compliance, access governance, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders on enhancement requests and strategic initiatives
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and industry best practices; make recommendations to senior management accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
  •        Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and coach team members to meet goals and objectives
  • Able to effectively communicate in both technical and business-friendly language when appropriate
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with business units, corporate departments, key managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare presentations and conduct meetings for business units and/or Executive Management groups
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines

Required Experience
  •        7+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery or IT leadership
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration and/or development)
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer, or Application Architect
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns including REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL and microservices
  • Experience with enterprise systems integration (ERP, CRM, custom applications)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
  • Experience with integration platforms is an asset
  • Background in equipment dealership, manufacturing, or distribution industries is an asset
  • Experience with dealer management systems is an asset
