Job Description Senior Business Analyst / Solution Integration Architect We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Solution Integration Architect to join our team. This role combines strategic business analysis with solution architecture, helping to design integrated technology solutions that align with business objectives and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Develop high-level solution designs and integration approaches that support business and technical objectives. Lead business process analysis, process improvement, and workflow optimization initiatives. Create process models, use cases, functional specifications, and solution documentation.

Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure requirements traceability, solution alignment, and effective knowledge transfer. Support solution evaluation, implementation planning, testing, and deployment activities as needed.

Qualifications Postsecondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in business analysis, solution architecture, systems integration, or related roles. Experience eliciting business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
