Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain positive corporate relationships with vendors and business professionals.
  • Communicate lease terms, renewal negotiations, and information with landlords of 750+ locations.
  • Review, draft, and abstract lease documents (on-the-job training, no prior experience required.)
  • Resolve rent discrepancies and communicate with internal and external accounting departments.
  • Maintain lease database and ensure data entry is accurate.
  • Manage and oversee projects that require consistent organization, follow-up, phone calls, and email communication
  • Keep databases and systems current.
  • Create and run reporting in Microsoft Excel and lease database systems
  • General phone and email management
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to all retail locations by resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
  • Directly assist members of management with ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Competency in PC required:
    • Outlook/Email
    • MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • General office skills
