The High Performance Power (HPP) group develops a broad portfolio of monolithic power solutions, including buck, boost and buck-boost converters, linear regulators, and supervisory and protection products, serving key markets within ADI's power franchise.

We are seeking a highly motivated Power Segment Marketing Managerto join our team in Wilmington MA, Durham NC or Limerick, Ireland, where you will play a strategic role in driving growth across Healthcare, Communications, Aerospace, and Defence segments.

Reporting to the Strategic Segment Marketing Director, the SMM will align ADI's power solutions with customer needs and market trends, shaping segment strategy and influencing product roadmap priorities. The role requires close collaboration across Product Lines, Applications, Systems, and Segment teams to deliver differentiated solutions and compelling customer-facing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    Continuously assess market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning across target segments; translate insights into actionable segment strategies and roadmap priorities.
  • Customer Engagement
    Build strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners; represent the voice of the customer internally to influence solution development and positioning.
  • Solution & Value Communication
    Develop and deliver system-level, roadmap, and product presentations tailored to target applications; drive clear and compelling value propositions for customers and field teams. Lead, decide and implement Power bundling pricing for vertical segments
  • Performance & Analytics
    Track and analyze key performance indicators including revenue, design wins, and opportunity pipeline; provide regular updates against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    Collaborate effectively with Product Line teams, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to ensure aligned messaging, coordinated product launches, and successful go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 5 years' experience in product or segment marketing (preferably in semiconductors, power electronics, or related fields)
  • Experience or familiarity with at least one target segment: Defense/Avionics, Medical, or Telecommunications
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insight into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearly
  • Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
