Reports directly to the Manager Corporate Compliance and Quality. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Performs de/anti-icing event quality assessments at stations facilities at domestic locations - and/or client locations as designated by leadership - in support of the de/anti-icing event assessment type assigned to the Stations Quality team. Assessment types include de/anti-icing events and applicable proficiency checks. Identifies and tracks escapes using a quality database. Assists operational areas with the development of corrective action plans and/or approves such plans. Performs follow-up audits, and verifies implementation of corrective actions by operational areas. Communicates company policies and procedures, industry standards, Federal Aviation Regulations, and Imparts quality expertise to internal and external customers. Completes collateral duties that may include project management, data management and analysis.
Quals-
Five (5) years operational experience in an area directly related to airline functional areas (such as Flight Operations, Technical Operations, In-Flight Service, Flight Control, Airport Customer Service, and Corporate Security). Extensive experience leading quality oversight of aviation related operations, with emphasis on de/anti-icing. Experience making independent decisions with minimal oversight that result in quality outcomes. Experience collaborating with internal and external quality customers to drive safety and improvement of performance. Travel domestically 75% or higher required. Manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines and objectives. Data analysis and data driven decision making experience. Conduct on-site audits in potentially hazardous operational environments such as during active de/anti-icing events.
