Department Manager

Location: Peachtree City, GA, 30269

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Department Manager for our retail clothing store in Peachtree City, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail clothing management and a proven ability to merchandise product to the floor and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a department within the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, train, and motivate department staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandising of clothing products to the floor..
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other department managers and store management to support overall store goals.
