Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Maintain sterile and safe environments using appropriate aseptic techniques.
Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry methods.
Document treatment plans and patient records accurately using Dentrix Ascend or similar software.
Review patient medical history to ensure appropriate care.
Collaborate with the team to develop individualized care plans, including pediatric treatments.
Stay informed of current trends and best practices in dental hygiene.

Salary Range

Part-time $40 - $54 per hour

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist License in Illinois.
