Dental hygienist

Job Description

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices
Record patient medical histories and update treatment notes accurately in Dentrix Ascend
Provide excellent chairside care and patient comfort
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure positive patient experiences
Support overall clinic flow and assist in maintaining a clean, safe environment

Salary Range

Part-time $35 - $43 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Fridays only: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Additional days may become available

Requirements
  • Dentrix
  • Licensed dental hygienist

Active Dental Hygiene license in Kentucky
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Warm, professional attitude and genuine care for patients
Proficiency in or willingness to learn Dentrix Ascend software

Preferences
  • Basic life support
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Infection Control License

Previous experience with Dentrix Ascend
