Exciting Part-Time Opportunity: General Dentist Wanted for Private Practice in Phelan

We are a private dental practice with two locations in the High Desert, one in Phelan and the other in Lancaster. We are looking for a General Dentist Full-time/ Part-time position to perform a variety of preventative, restorative, endodontic and surgical procedures that fall under the scope of general dentistry.
We are looking for a General practitioner with a caring chair-side manner, who will gain the confidence of a very nervous patient. We are in need to hire someone urgently to help with two very busy locations. There is room to grow with the opportunity for a future partnership.

Duties:
- Perform dental examinations and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions and diseases
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Administer anesthetics to patients as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care
Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills in general dentistry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus
This position requires a valid dental license and completion of a dental degree program. Candidates should have experience working in a dental practice or clinic setting. The ability to work well in a team environment is essential.
