Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized team member with excellent communication and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient with SoftDent practice management software, iTero scanning, Invisalign, dental x-rays, and be cross-trained in both front office and dental assisting duties. The ability to transition seamlessly between administrative and clinical responsibilities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, verify insurance, and manage patient records.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of daily responsibilities.
• Assist with dental procedures as needed and support the clinical team.
• Take dental x-rays and assist with iTero scans and Invisalign workflows.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations.
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure a positive patient experience.
