Max Dental Group is a modern, multidisciplinary dental practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care using the latest technology and techniques in dentistry. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, team-oriented environment where both patients and staff feel valued.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • No weekends

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant who is energetic, motivated, and excited to be part of a growing, forward-thinking practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong team player, and eager to work with advanced dental technology in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (general, surgical, and specialty)
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting
  • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
  • Manage infection control protocols and OSHA compliance
  • Assist with lab cases and temporary restorations
  • Support front desk or administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
