WHAT WE NEED

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team to meet the growing demands for Anesthesia services in the Lafayette, Indiana area. This position will be based at Franciscan Health Lafayette East, joining a group of 15 providers covering a broad range of patients. This is a high performing, well-respected group with a great culture of teamwork that provides patient-centered care.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications
  • Must have graduated from a Master's level Nurse Anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA)
  • Must have passed the National Certification Examination (NCE) (administered by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists) and hold a current certification from the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • Must hold current ACLS and PALS certifications

  • Practice with an established group of Anesthesiologists, Anesthetists and CRNAs
  • No call required
  • No travel required
  • This position follows the Direct Anesthesia Medical Supervision model with a physicianโ€‘led team approach with a large variety of case types
