Dental Recruiting Network Seeking Dental Director in Crescent City, CA

Private Rural Health care in Crescent City area, beautiful California scenic coastal communities.

We are a Medi- Cal and PPO office with great reimbursements.

Dentist Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range 225,000-300,000 a year
  • Incentives for every patient encounter add to your salary.

  • All Lab fees included.

  • 10 days PTO, 3 sick days, 8 paid holidays
  • Full Health Insurance Coverage : We cover 100% of health insurance premiums for employees and their dependents
  • Dental, Vision and Chiropractic coverage included
  • Relocation Reimbursement : Up to $9,000 to assist with moving expenses
  • Work-Life Balance: Our dentists work on a rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts and7consecutive days off every other week, allowing for flexibility and extended personal time
  • Dental Director receives a monthly stipend based on number of providers in practice .
Job Duties: Dental Director
  • Providing direct patient care
  • Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists
  • Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
  • Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
  • Conducting quarterly chart audits to assure compliance
  • Collaborating with clinic leadership
  • Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.
  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Problem solving.
  • Excellent customer service care
Education and Experience:
  • CA DMD License or in process
