She Recruits is representing a well-established, expanding healthcare system in Northwest Indiana operating within a HIMSS Stage VII environment — one of the most technologically advanced hospital designations in the country.

This is a full-time opportunity offering flexibility, strong compensation, and infrastructure to build a subspecialty niche if desired.

Practice Overview:

• Monday–Friday flexible schedule
• 1:4 call rotation
• Outpatient and inpatient urologic care
• Robotics and advanced surgical platforms
• EPIC EMR with AI-integrated tools
• High-informatics, paperless system

Clinical Scope:

• General urology procedures
• Robotic and minimally invasive surgery
• Stone management, oncology, reconstructive options
• Collaborative multidisciplinary approach
• Growth potential for subspecialty interests
