Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The UX Design Intern will directly assist the UXLab with a wide range of projects related to User-Centered Design and Human Computer Interaction. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in User Experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, plan, and conduct user research methods for various client-facing and non- client-facing projects

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform UX/UI recommendations

  • Present research findings to internal stakeholders

  • Create low/high fidelity wireframes for upcoming applications

  • Work with front-end to build and manage prototypes

  • Run technical validation meetings with wireframes

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in User Experience, Informatics, Marketing, or related field

  • Must have prepared portfolio to present for interviews

  • Ability to manage deadlines

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize
