Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Dental Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities within a hospital or dental office setting.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient population (MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH)
  • Knowledge of dental coding 
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure are critical for success in this role

Qualifications
  • Dental office: 1-2 years (Required)
  • MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Dental Software

Responsibilities
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, handle inquiries efficiently, and handle patient payments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation review in compliance with medical standards/verify insurance eligibility
• Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate patient flow and ensure timely service delivery.
• Support the overall operations of the front desk by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
