Dental Laboratory Technician – Digital Designer / CAD-CAM

Seeking an Experienced Dental Lab Technician with Strong Digital Design Skills

Our dental practice is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician with strong experience in digital dental design and CAD/CAM technology to join our team.
We are looking for someone who understands both the technical and artistic aspects of dental laboratory work and can take a case from digital scan to a highly esthetic final restoration.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Digital dental design and CAD software
  • Designing crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, and removable prosthetics
  • Exocad or similar dental CAD software
  • Working with intraoral scans and digital impressions
  • CAD/CAM workflows and 3D printing/milling
  • Implant and full-arch restorative design
  • Occlusion and functional dental anatomy
  • Esthetic anterior design and smile aesthetics
  • Troubleshooting digital cases and making necessary design adjustments
  • Communicating directly with the dentist regarding treatment plans and case design
  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced and confident in digital dental design
  • Creative with an excellent eye for esthetics
  • Knowledgeable about dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative dentistry
  • Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the dentist and clinical team
  • Passionate about producing high-quality, precise dental work
  • Interested in being an integral part of a practice rather than simply completing laboratory work
If you are a talented dental technician who is passionate about digital dentistry, precision, and esthetics, we would love to hear from you.
Please send your resume and examples of your digital dental design work/portfolio.
